Shipping

"Fleurettes" can be mailed worldwide!

All products are handmade to order and usually ship within 2 to 3 days of the payment being received. Custom orders may take a couple of extra days.
 
Orders are shipped from our workshop in South Africa using PostNet.

The average delivery time is 10 to 12 working days.

If you need your order more urgently or with a tracking option, please let me know when you place the order and I can arrange that for you however, there will be an additional charge.

Payments and Currencies

All prices are in US dollars.

The shopping cart is programmed for payments via Paypal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to process a payment. If you do not have an account, you will enter your credit card information.
If for some reason you are unable to process your payment this way, please send me an email and we can try to organise an alternate payment method.

Paypal will convert the US dollar prices  to your local currency. If you are paying via credit card the issuer will calculate the exchange rate.

Return and Exchange Policy

I really want you to love your "Fleurette" so if you are unhappy, please contact me! Please do so within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we can arrange for the return or exchange, provided they have not been used and are in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return/exchange shipping charges will be at your expense.

Quality and Safety

I only use reputable suppliers who can provide me with high quality product. Many of these products have been tested to ensure they do not contain lead or other toxic substances.

If a small child (under 3) is wearing a "Fleurette" please ensure it is only with suitable supervision. Small objects are a choking hazard for small children. We suggest you remove the "Fleurette" for naps, while driving in the car (and you cannot supervise the child fully) and, in any other situation when the child is not supervised.

Please remove your "Fleurette" prior to bathing or swimming.

Design your own

I have a wide array of ribbons, felt, and a wide array of embellishments!  If you see something you like on the site but would like something changed, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you. Unfortunately not everything comes in every colour but I will do my best to work with you.

If you are trying to match your "Fleurette" to a specific outfit or would like something custom made to match, send me a photo or, a swatch of the fabric and I can work with you to design something suitable.
